Introduction

A credit will be charged when fetching a company or legal entity for the first time. You’ll then be able to get all details for free in the next 30 days. The endpoints for which a credit will be charged the first time you access the company or legal entity are Company Details, Legal Entity Details, Legal Entity Financials, Lookalikes, Contacts. All other endpoints are free of use, like Search and list endpoints.

Enriching contacts

Contact enrichment is asynchronous: queue it via Enrich Contact or Bulk Enrich Contacts, then poll Enrichment Status for the result. The Contact Details endpoints no longer enrich inline. You will only be charged for enrichments when data is available.
If no data is available, no credits will be charged.

Emails

A credit will be charged when enriching a contact with an email address.

Mobile phone numbers

  • 2 credits will be charged when enriching a contact with a mobile phone number, if the API user does not have a connected Prospeo account.
  • 1 credit will be charged if the API user has a connected Prospeo account.

Response header

The response header will contain the following fields:
  • X-Bizzy-Credits-Balance: Your remaining credit balance
  • X-Bizzy-Credits-Charged: The number of credits charged for this request
